Hi. My name is Nadeen Vella, and I’m the founder of NaVella Insurance. I am on a mission to make insurance fun. (Or as fun as it can be.)
Admittedly, my superpower (my only superpower) is insurance. I know, you’re thinking, geshhh…how boring. But is it? Not for me. I love it. And more than that, I’m on a mission to make the more nuanced facets and mundane nitty-gritties of insurance something that anyone can understand. My goal: I want you to have control over what and how you protect what you care about, and I want to help you do it.
Some straight talk: The reality is, you’re likely to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in the average lifetime in insurance premiums. What’s more, you’re paying them with the full knowledge that they’re protected by complicated, hard-to-translate legal documents that are designed to confuse you. Sure, you hope the policies you hold will cover you if a loss occurs. But depending on your current insurance agent relationship, and what’s going on in your life, you may be less protected than you think. When was the last time your insurance agent checked in with you?
Events such as marriage, children, divorce, and (sadly) death can change how the accumulation of assets compounds your risk profile. Sure, this can feel overwhelming, but decoding the fine print starts with the right education. My goal is to help my clients understand and feel comfortable to ask questions and get the information they need to succeed. Life isn’t a stagnant undertaking, and neither is insurance. As your situation changes over time, you need the know-how to adjust your insurance to your evolving situation and prevent you from becoming exposed. We are on a mission to make insurance FUN (no, that’s not a typo!).
